Domingo de Pirón, a small village in the center of the Pirón river valley, is this GARDEN HOUSE, in front of the fields, the rivers and the mountains. Built in 1990 following the style of the oldest simple houses and hermitages in the region, it still retains a nineteenth-century haystack in its garden that has now become an idyllic guest pavilion. Independent house with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Reformed and maintained. Heated pool All rooms are exterior. Heating by wood or pellet stoves. Wooden floors and clay tiles. Garden 800 m2 with pool and birch grove, poplars, walnut, chestnut, fir trees, surrounded by stone walls covered with ivy. Free view of the fields and the northern highlands of Madrid. In the village, a small Romanesque church of the 13th century. 20 minutes south towards Segovia, a World Heritage City and famous for its Roman Aqueduct and its gastronomy. Very close to Sto Domingo is the old Sotosalbos, connected to the village by a path between forests of ash trees and oaks that is also rained by cattle. Its Romanesque church of San Miguel, one of the most visited in the province.
