"It is a very good location! It is the only positive. One of the elevator is since the 60's and doesn't seems to run well. Terrible smell along the corridor. Rooms are renovated ( the hotel was built under the communist government) trying to look modern. But the surprise comes: NO HOT WATER!!! Please expedite do your diligence job and remove them from your site!"
