Mañana mismo repetiría: el Albergue es un gustazo a disfrutar en un entorno tan especial como Santillana. El personal es atento y muy agradable; se siente uno en casa. La ubicación inmejorable por estar en la misma localidad y ser al mismo tiempo tranquilo.

Precio elevado para ser Albergue, Humedad en las camas y olor en las habitaciones a dicha humedad, Aunque la casa sea antigua no quita para quitar el montón de telarañas de las vigas. El personal de recepción hay que reconocer que muy amable. Nos tocó poner las toallas de la playa para poder dormir pq las sábanas estaban humedecidas ...no tenía ni cubrecolchones ......experiencia muy poca agradable

La habitación era aceptable

La entrada del alojamiento es impresentable: oscura, mal olor, suciedad, llena de cachivaches de todo tipo y condición y sin sentido.El personal atento, pero el marco no acompaña ... y sin embargo,luego la habitación fue aceptable, con un baño adecuado y limpio, cómoda y silenciosa y por tanto con una buena relación calidad/precio. Una pena, porque con unos pequeños cambios sería un alojamiento más que interesante por su magnifica ubicación y tremendas potencialidades.

Santillana del Mar es un pueblo bonito y tranquilo. Alojarse en un albergue con servicios dignos de un hotel es toda una experiencia. Las habitaciones tienen decoración con reminiscencias medievales y muy iluminadas.

El albergue está muy bien situado. El personal es muy agradable. El albergue está decorado con antigüedades. Nuestra experiencia a sido buena y volvería.
