I have ever stayed. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great location right on Gran Via yet a quiet room, warm decor, a great breakfast selection for a very reasonable price, helpful staff, a wonderful rooftop, and great amenities, what else? We will definitely stay here when we are in Madrid—loved it!

"Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Plasencia is abit of a dump but this hotel is a wonderful oasis. We stayed with our dogs. They had a big bed and bowls and nibbles welcoming them. We had a stunning suite. Loved our stay there"
