We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic.

Each floor has a living area so you aren’t “stuck” in your bedroom but also not in a lobby where you are exposed to people coming and going. "Only stayed for 2 nights before our Salkantay trek. The rooms were quite small. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds to have extra space but got a room with only 1 double bed.
