The National Stadium is around 1.3 km away, and Plaza Ñuñoa—with its restaurants, cafés and bars—is approximately 1.7 km away. Avenida Irarrázaval also offers convenient access to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and medical services.



Getting Around:

Monseñor Eyzaguirre Metro station (L3) is approximately a 3–4 minute walk, while Ñuñoa station (L3/L6) is around 6–7 minutes away.



The National Stadium is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment, and Avenida Irarrázaval provides convenient bus connections across the city.



For longer trips, Costanera Center is approximately 10–15 minutes away by car in normal traffic. Santiago International Airport is typically around 30–35 minutes by car, depending on traffic conditions.
