The maids were nice, but the front end staff messed up our reservation, claiming we had reserved only 1 room and changed us extra for the 2nd room. Next morning they miraculously had found the original reservation but now did not want to refund the extra night they had charged. Expedia could not help, citing this was the hotel's policy (technically correct, as the extra night had not been booked through Expedia).
This also made us quite suspicious of leaving the $100 security deposit. But since it was 2AM we were out of options. It looks like the deposit was later released.
The Breakfast buffet was quite good.
Standards of rooms and hallways I would say "worn down" - obviously in need of re-flooring, re-painting.
Internet was a bit on and off; coverage a little on the spotty side but speed was ok when in range.
I'd recommend staying away due to the front desk mess and policies. Or at least make sure to not pay anything directly to the hotel, only through Expedia.
