Localização Perfeita!

Minha estádia foi ótima! O apartamento é equipado com itens de cozinha, e é bem confortável. Café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento da recepção é ótimo. Sobre a localização, é perfeita (bares, restaurantes, lojas, fast-food, e a 3 quadras do Costanera Shopping. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente no RQ Providencia.

Roubo na sala de café do hotel

A localização é perfeita, local para comer e compras de forma pratica. Mas, tivemos uma situação muito desagradável onde uma de nossas mochilas foi furtada dentro do local de café do hotel. Eles fazem um controle, onde temos que dizer de qual quarto somos, mas, uma mulher adentrou e furtou uma mochila nossa com coisas pessoais. Questionamos a recepção, e não souberam nos dizer como a pessoa entrou no local de café, como também foram poucos solícitos com a situação, deixando perceber que esta situação ja ocorreu antes, como relatado por uma pessoa que la trabalha. Saímos de la com o sentimento de insegurança com as áreas do Hotel.

Foi muito boa a estadia, apartamento de 3 quartos e dois banheiros muito confortáveis e utensílios domésticos bem limpos. O hotel encontra-se em um calçadão, o que dificulta o transporte das maletas e não possuem serviço de apoio ao hóspede. Os corredores e vidraças parecem que possuem anos sem limpeza. O café da manhã é muito bom. De modo geral a estadia foi boa e fez falta a Tv na sala.

The gym needs to be repaired. The breakfast could have more variations. Some staff is friendly and very helpful. Big apartment with a nice balcony, equipped with almost everything you need at the open kitchen.

Good place to stay in Santiago, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, metro station, shopping centers, banks. Clean service everyday and breakfast included. Highly recommended.

The hotel is fine, spacious, nice kitchen. The breakfast included should be served with less sweet stuff and less plastic containers. Unfortunately in the night it was a bit noisy because activities at the nearby restaurants.

La ubicacion del establecimiento es perfecta para mi. La atencion es amable y atenta. Siempre limpio todo y mucha cordialidad en el trato. Es la 4ta vez que me hospedo con ellos asi que creo que eso dice todo. Lo unico que me llamo la atencion esta vez es que pedi si podia hacer un late check out si no habia nadie esperando para entrar en la habitacion. Y salir a las 12:30 o las 13 en lugar de las 12. Me confirmaron que no habia nadie esperando pero me dijeron que el late checkout esta disponible como opcion saliendo a las 16 pero que se cobra media estadia por hacer el late checkout. Esto me parecio excesivo pero igualmente volveria al hotel. En otras ocasiones nos dejaron salir a las 13 ya que no habia gente esperando.

Muito bom! Com boa localização!

Amei a estadia! Desde o momento da chegada até o check-out! Cama e travesseiros super confortáveis! Cozinha excelente. Só tenho de crítica o café da manhã que é bem repetitivo e o box do toillete que por ser banheira fica uma parte aberta do vidro e molha tudo. Mas com certeza me hospedaria novamente!!
