A big issue for me when I’m travelling is having good WiFi. This allows me to plan the next part of my trip and so on. I had WiFi in the room on the very first morning when I arrived - by that afternoon it no longer worked. I needed to do various bits but I wanted to lie on my bed doing so as I have had knees and wasn’t in pain. Unfortunately the front desk - who spoke good English when things were fine - stopped speaking English when I wasn’t happy. I couldn’t find much in the local area either.
