The apartment was OK and well located, but we couldn't access the parking space we were assigned as the vehicle in the spot next to ours was large and parked partially in our spot. We tried calling the rental number and nobody from the rental company answered our calls (after hours?) so luckily the security people assigned us a visitors parking spot. When we got into the apartment, all seemed ok, however there were a couple of burnt out light bulbs that needed to be replaced. Some of the dishes and cutlery were dirty and we needed wash them before using them. There was no work area to setup a computer, so I had to use the small table of the outdoor balcony. The elevators were very slow, as it is a very large building. We originally had planned to stay 4 nights, however after 2 nights we decided leave and find a better place.

Excellent location and roomy apartment. Secure and clean. Water is hot and pressure is reasonable. Good facilities (pool and gym) and main bedroom has air con. Suitable for longer stays, however a few things are amiss: there’s a dishwasher and washing machine but detergents aren’t provided (even a few tablets for the dishwasher would be good). There’s a fully equipped kitchen but no oven mitt/ tea towels. They are promptly responsive to requests, such as the provision of a laundry hanging stand. I’d come back again.

A good apartment for a family stay.
We stayed at a couple apartments in Santiago and this one ranked above. Nice views, quiet neighborhood at night, master bedroom with AC, and clean bathrooms with decent water pressure. Included parking and was able to have luggage stored before checking. The second bedroom gets pretty hot on the evenings, you’ll want to adjust the shades and door to control temperature.

This is not a full service hotel. There are no amenities but there is a gym and a pool. My room had a full kitchen and would have been great if my family was with me on vacation. There is housekeeping service. If you need to talk to the management they offer 24 hour whatsapp access. There is also a 24 hour security guard stationed in the reception area.

excellent apartment with some items I didn t like
The condition of the apartment is very good. Either the location and all the spaces are great. two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two balconies. The cons are; too noisy because there is a building construction too near and the begin at 8.30. too early!!! and the other con is that the apartment smells very bad. It was clean but with this bad odor.

Nice apartment but beware the building work!
We recently stayed for over 1 week at these apartments. The staff are great, the apartment itself is ideal, the housekeeping is fantastic, the location is very close to a Metro and supermarkets.... however we were in a room on the north of the building and they are building apartments in front of that side. The noise is incredible and starts at about 7.00 a.m. right through until about 7.30-8.00 p.m. some days. Only Sunday was quiet. It completely ruined our enjoyment of the apartment and forced us to spend time away from it as much as we could.

Ok apartment in convenient location
The apartment has the minimum of furnishings & little decoration but it has what you need and is very clean. The balcony is pleasant & the WiFi is great. The building is good & there is easy access to shopping & transport The concierge is very nice but no English The a/c is a split in the MBR only.

I was unable to change my reservation and was charged for a five night stay. I even personally went to the office at 6:00 p.m. and found that all contact is via cellular; no one answers their cellulars (five different numbers).

Dear guest, there are an schedule in order to stay in the office, you had many ways to inform anything you need, mail, whatsapp, employes in the building, you should respect the conditions where you made your reservation, non refundable fare doesn't let cancel or modify your booking, and the penalty is 100% of your reservation.

Very nice appartment on the 19th floor with 2 bedrooms. Situated close to subway station Manquehue & shopping facilities. Parque Arauco within walking distance. View to Las Condes residential area & Andes mountains.Car rental agencies within walking distance. Good Traffic connection through Av. Manquehue & Kennedy.

Estimado huesped, debe considerar que el servicio de internet es prestado por una empresa externa y aveces ocurren problemas con el servicio y nosotros tratamos de que sea resuelto lo antes posible pero no depende directamente de nosotros cuando es un problema tecnico del proveedor.

What I expected but too many surprises...
Apartment itself was ok. It was clean and everything that's supposed to be there is there. There were however many surprises during my stay. For one the doors of the bedroom (I am sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, parents in the main bedroom), and the bathroom doors WON'T SHUT. There was some kind of problem with the hinges that aren't really installed properly. Privacy issues. Bathroom light is almost non-existence. Two little spot lights above the mirror. I tripped almost daily coming out of the shower (which is fine but so dark). The only way to let more light in is to open the bathroom door, which is barely enough if you want to see yourself in the mirror clearly. As promised there is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. However there was a problem with the power adapter and it won't turn on. So I plugged in my travel adapter and it worked...for 10 minutes. It broke my ONLY travel adapter (that we three were all sharing to charge three phones, two ipads and two laptops). Not only did it break my adapter, the washer won't drain and as a result i had a load of SOAKING WET laundry. I had to lug it down stairs to the laundry room and PAY for the wash and dry. I mean What is the point of having a washer/dryer in the unit then? Although I do like the daily housekeeping service. I won't be coming back to this. Disappointed.

Good for the price!
The staff was nice and Andres was very helpful placing us on a temporary room while ours was cleaned. At our assigned bedrooms the room neededs a complete uplift; a new coat of panting would do wonders. This is an apart hotel with no concierge service and although located at Las Condes it is not on the best part. The price is right, so I got what I paid for.

Flat bem localizado.
Gosto muito da localização desse Flat em Las Condes. Fora da área turística mas ao mesmo tempo perto de tudo. Bem equipado e espaço adequado. Porém nessa estadia percebi algumas falhas. O ralo do chuveiro estava entupido. A poltrona da sala e os bancos do bar também precisa de uma manutenção. Mas nada que tenha estragado a estada. Checkin e checkout ágeis. Internet satisfatória. Localização excelente para quem não gosta de ficar em área turística. Próximo ao metrô. Shopping pequeno e mercados próximo. Recomendo.

Solo me gustaría; a modo de sugerencia, indicar que seria bueno si pudieran evaluar el retiro de las alfombras, la verdad este tipo de piso no es muy higiénico y las alfombras de los dormitorios se veían muy sucias. A parte de eso el Depto. es muy comodo esta muy bien ubicado y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia comoda y agradable.

Small tidy apartment in a good location
The apartment is in peaceful and safe area and there are some restaurants around. There is only one air condition machine in the bedroom, but we kept the door open to the living room and it was totally ok. In the living room there is only one sofa and a chair and therefore it is a little ascetic. The only which was irritating is the noice of traffic. Although the apartment is at 21st floor, the noice at the terrace is very loud and unfortunately you can hear it inside as well.

In general the cleanness condition of apartment was not good (Dirty). The second day, it was possible to see some improvement after cleanness process. Good location near to the supermarket and mall. The swimming pool was amazing w/ great view on the top of building.

Cheguei as 6hr da manhã e pedi para deixar as malas no hotel, pois o check in era somente as 14 hr e o hotel não autorizou. Na primeira noite no hotel dia 24/08/19 o hotel tem um espaço de festa no andar 22 e o meu quarto era no andar 21. Nesse dia estava tendo uma festa com muito jovens bebendo e barulho alto, infelizmente tive que chamar a polícia local para acabar com a festa, pois a recepção e nem o administrador do hotel não podiam pedir para parar a festa alegando que a mesma já estava reservada. Diante desses pontos a minha hospedagem não foi boa e também não tive nenhum amparo da administração do hotel.

Localização excelente, próximo ao metro, supermercado, shopping e a uns 800 metros do Omnium Mall, que tem trnasfer para os centros de Ski. Apartamentos confortáveis. Não vi, ou ao menos não achei um local com computador e impressora disponíveis, facilitaria muito. Retornaria com certeza.

O local é lindo, apartamento muito espaçoso, ficamos uma semana e o cuidado conosco foi perfeito, limpeza, recepção, facilidade de contato com a Myluxapart pelo whatsapp, tudo... Super recomendamos esse local... Próximo de tudo, metrô, Shopping Parque Arauco, Omnium Mall (local de saída para a neve).... possibilitou que fizéssemos tudo a pé ou pagando muito pouco de Uber...
