I needed to checkout during the evening to get a flight, as I would miss breakfast the next morning they provided me with a breakfast box. A very well located hotel in Providencia within walking distance to a metro station as well as shops, amenities and attractions. Area felt safe enough for Santiago and we never had any issues. The hotel looks amazing from the outside as do the internal corridors. Our room was dated but worked well for us. No maintenance issues just older furniture. The shower was great and bathroom felt more modern. The included breakfast was basic but for the price we paid, the breakfast was great. Some staff spoke English which was helpful. Room service was quick and tasty. The chambermaids excellent job. However the hotel is old and need some repair. Our first room was very good. We had 2 other rooms with problems with the sowers . Also the room was very cold, heater wasn’t working and they had to bring a portable heater.
