Un hotel muy tranquilo. El personal me atendió muy bien, o mejor dicho excelente. El hotel queda cerca de Bellavista, un espacio de buenos restaurantes con muy buen ambiente. Además hay tiendas pequeñas de souvenirs. Algo importante: también queda cerca de la casa de Pablo Neruda (la Chascona), interesante lugar pero con pésimo personal.

Habitación cómoda y grande

Muy linda la habitación grande y espaciosa. La cama era enorme. Desayuno confuso, tendria que ser continental. Y nose si era porque tenian una sola empleada preparando todo pero tardaron mucho en atendernos y luego darnos el desayuno. Deberia una persona atender y la otra preparar. Igual me gusta la idea de hotel/dpto del hotel.

Não atendeu às expectativas.

O hotel encontra-se em uma ótima localização. Ficamos de acertar o valor do hotel na chegada do estabelecimento, o que faríamos por meio de cartão de crédito, porém foi nos avisado que seria cobrada uma taxa (local) a mais, correspondente a 19% do valor da estadia, o que poderia ser evitado caso pagássemos em espécie (efectivo). Nos acomodaram no primeiro quarto assim que se entra no hotel, com parede dividindo com a recepção e com a janela voltada para a frente, com uma mesa e cadeiras logo na janela. Sentimos falta de privacidade pois todos passavam ali por perto e um funcionário do hotel passava grande parte do dia sentado nas cadeiras de frente à nossa janela. Quando chegamos, perguntamos a respeito do funcionamento do sistema de calefação e nos informaram que funcionava de forma automática, todos os dias. Não notamos o funcionamento do sistema em nenhum dia. Nossa estadia se deu de quinta-feira a terça-feira. Notamos que no domingo, reduziram a quantidade e a temperatura da água quente, tornando os nossos banhos totalmente incômodos e difíceis. A reclamação foi feita logo na segunda-feira pela manhã, juntamente com outro hóspede, mas não resolveram o problema. Com relação ao café da manhã disponível no hotel, porém pago a parte (a partir das 8:00 da manhã), as informações eram confusas, tornando complicado o entendimento. Preferimos tomar café da manhã na rua todos os dias.

Good Location but Poor Experience

I was in the hotel for 3 days and the experience was not good. The hotel is small, I understand that but it does not mean that the service has to be poor. I had many inconveniences during my stay, just to comment some: when I arrived to the hotel on a Sunday at 7.45 am, there was no one to open the front door of the hotel. Fortunately, the van driver felt sorry for me and took me to his following trips and dropped me again at the hotel around 9 am and by then, there was someone opening to front door of the hotel. I was not expecting to have the room ready, but I wanted to drop my suitcase and walked the city until the room was ready. The room was small, I knew it, but there was very little wifi. I had to place the phone or computer near the window and I could get a little bit of signal but impossible to work or check content on internet. Finally, when I checked out, suddenly an extra cost of 19% was added if I paid with credit card so I tried to pay with cash, guess what... there was no change in the hotel and the answer of the person was: I don't have any change (with no intention to get any) ... I ended up paying with credit card and the extra cost. Just for you to know, the change was less that 30 USD... I didn't like the attitude.

I like the hotel because of its proximity to the nightlife and nice eating places particularly Patio Bellavista. The hotel staff are nice and breakfast is absolutely great.

No geral, acomodações super simpáticas, bem no estilo "boutique"... Funcionários super esforçados... Café da manhã bastante completo e adequado... Dois grandes pecados: ausência de aparelho de ar condicionado nos quartos... Wi-Fi um caos... nunca funcionou direito! Perdi simplesmente meio dia tentando conectar com um site de viagem e nada... foi a pior experiência que já tive pois numa temporada curtíssima, onde tudo fica programado, com o cronômetro na risca, e perdi cinco horas tentando conectar num site de viagem e nada... o wi-fi não funcionava em nenhum lugar do hotel... Experiência estarrecedora...!

Hotel con excelente ubicación, limpieza, amabilida

La ubicación del hotel es privilegiada pues Bellavista cuenta con un gran movimiento turístico, gastronómico y nocturno en general excelente. Igualmente, esta relativamente cerca en taxi al Costanera Center y otros parques o paseos. El personal de L'Ambassade Bellavista fue súper educado, atento y capaz durante toda nuestra estadía. Asimismo, el hotel es impecable, todo muy limpio y ordenado con un servicio de wifi gratis excelente, además, los desayunos fueron bastante buenos. El hotel cuenta con una terraza de esparcimiento muy agradable en la cual puedes sentarte a charlar o tomar algo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas con camas grandes y ropa de cama agradable, y cuartos de baño muy prácticos, tv pantalla plana y cable. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.
