Beau bâtiment ancien avec de magnifiques volumes, des moulures et des lambris, et une terrasse très agréable et bien aménagée (fauteuils, tables, parasols). Il faut cependant savoir que les chambres dites standard ne sont pas confortables : petites, chichement meublées et sombres. La 18 a pour seul mérite d'être au rez-de-chaussée (pas de valises à traîner dans les étages !) et sur cour, donc relativement calme, calme pollué cependant par des bruits constants de tuyauteries et canalisations...
