We were facing the street and had big windows, so it was light and airy, but, from what I could glimpse from the inside rooms, they were a lot smaller and darker. Very good value for money, though, as Santiago is expensive and after all, there is a lot to see and do, so very little time is spent in room anyway. Good distance from cathedral (main attraction) and old town. And very near bus and train station. For us the worst thing was the very small elevator it has. We could not fit with the wheelchair on it. They are now building another elevator bigger than the current one. Supposed to be ready for this coming summer. We want to mention that the staff attention was excellent any time. They took care of us in the best way possible for them.
