Great location for El Sardinero and other smaller beaches next door, a Lupa grocery market, and bus stops into town are nearby, walking distance to Palacio de Magdalena. Parking is not free (10EUR) and there is plenty of free parking nearby. Host was business-like. Not too many dining options around.

Great value for money in an expensive city! We really liked our room (especially having a kettle) and our host was very friendly. A great place to stay near the bus station.

This property exceed our expectations in every single way, the price amazing the junior suite awesome, staff brilliant even let us stay on after check.out in the car park until 2.00 to catch our ferry ⛴️. Nothing to fault breakfast and dinner you won't go hungry

A charming manager who greeted us and also managed the breakfast buffet - extremely hard working. Our room was immaculate and the location good. Only slight downside was that there was no parking at the hotel but there was free onsite parking nearby.

Great hotel.. perfect for all the great restaurants and bars

Stayed Tuesday - Saturday. Room on third floor at front of hotel overlooking street - some minor street noise at night but not enough to disturb sleep - Friday night was noisy (weekend revellers). Centrally situated, perfect for reaching all parts of city, convenient for bus and train station. Lovely Italian restaurant next door (turn right from front of hotel) and lovely cafe to the left - convenient for evening meal or breakfast/lunch if you don't want to walk too far - many other...

Our third visit, before boardi g ferry next day. Always welcoming, great views of the bay from our room. Super breakfast

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and they’re is a public car park just outside the hotel but can be seen from window, I worked a truck with trailer there and could see from balcony and there was still lots of parking! Definitely stay again, an would recommend!! Breakfast is really nice and rooms clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is low an over bath, but can still manage a nice wash! It’s only about 10mm from ferry from Santander, the bay is gorgeous and imagine in summer, you’d be hard...

Fairly easy to find, with underground parking staff very friendly and helpful, Rooms clean and well laid out, Food excellent and the service for evening and breakfast, very good, would not hesitate about staying there again, excellent prices.

Helpful staff, very clean & well maintained. Good breakfast & evening meal. Good position- next to the promenade , so good for a nice walk.

We arrived at 1pm and were able to check into our room. Very clean, powerful shower and small bottles of complimentary water and toiletries replenished each day. Great location for walking around the city. Hotel guests receive 10% discount off menu del dia, served 1pm-4pm - choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts and includes bread and half a bottle of wine each for €18. The Rioja wine is very full bodied. Highly recommended for authentic home cooked Spanish food. Would highly recommend this...

We don't normally do reviews, but there should be a special 8 * rating available for hotels that go above and beyond! Sadly our ferry was cancelled due to bad weather and then our vehicle broke down; our breakdown company led us a merry dance. The hotel were aware of our predicament and did everything they could, and more to help us and ease our pain and stress levels! The ladies on reception (you know who you are!) deserve special praise, they restored our faith in human nature. The food and...

Good

Our holiday was made unique not only by the service I received from my first phone call to voice my worries as I had never been to Santander before. The overwhelming professionalism and innate kindness of all staff members make this hotel worth every penny. I don't ever answer these surveys but I owe it to the staff and hope this hotel group appreciate the fact that it is their staff that make this such a unique hotel. Special mention to Julian who shared with us all the special places that we...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel - and I let the reception staff know how much we liked it on checking out. The beds were comfortable, the shower was efficient and it was good to have two chairs in the room to relax in. I particularly liked the breakfast buffet. No hot dishes but that was fine with me. Nice breads, cereals, cold meats and fruit. I don't understand, though, why hotels in Spain (of all places!) don't have grapes in the buffet. Nicely located too away from the biz but...

Comfortable beds, clean, beautiful beach views. Enjoyed thoroughly
