"Valter and his wife are kind and welcoming hosts. The apartment was well laid out and had everything we wanted. The garden was very well kept with a big pool which we spent lots of time in. Great location close to Florence and within an easy drive of Siena, with lovely local restaurants and shops within a short drive. "We spent 14 days at this place in may, it’s a beautiful house in the middle of a protected national park. The house, the garden and swimming pool are all well maintained. "A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. "This property is amazing! So quiet and serene away from the city. Visiting Florence is easy and I did it 2 times during my stay. U simply drive down the mountain about 15 min to San Lorenzo and catch 1hr train to Florence. The pool is amazing and the house has so much history. The drive up the mountain is about 15 minutes up some of it is unpaved but it is well WORTH it. Fantastic for families."
