Linger Longer is a true sanctuary in a highly coveted location in Old Seagrove, this immaculate 5BR/6.5BA Gulf view retreat was custom-built by Alex Rice of Old Seagrove Homes.

Private courtyard walls surrounding an outdoor oasis with a gunite saltwater pool, a fire pit and a grilling and dining area creates a peaceful, secluded ambiance yet the beach, Seaside and WaterColor are just steps away.

Every detail of this home has been meticulously selected and the quality of materials are evident from the moment you enter the gorgeous Mahogany front door. Sonos speakers throughout the home make it easy to enjoy your favorite tunes while relaxing at your beach home. The elevator is located on the main floor right as you enter for easy access to bring your belongings up to the second floor.

A chic coastal style creates a bright and sunny vibe where pecky cypress accents contrast with white walls and carefully chosen design features such as a grand tabby shell gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen boasts a 8 gas burning stovetop along with a large marble island with additional seating at the breakfast nook or dining room table.

Stunning House with Incredible Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Linger Longer is absolutely the correct name for this house. It is fabulous. Beautiful on the inside and out. Fully stocked with everything we needed. Beach items all available as well so didnt have to pack all of that. Beds were super comfy. So much space. We had 4 kids that stayed in the bunk beds and then my parents, me/my husband, and my two sisters/husbands- Each of us having our own bathroom and a king size bed was great. The pool in the back patio is beautiful. Our stay was the first week of April so we paid to have it heated and so glad we did. It was well worth it and so warm (thank goodness). The firepit and the outside fridge was not working during our stay. We were told about the firepit ahead of time, so bummer, but no biggy. Treshia reached out to me a day or two before our arrival. She answered all of the questions in a matter of minutes. While we were there I had a few questions that she immediately answered or helped with. The beach was a short walk and great public beach access. Not too crowded at all. My 7 and 4 year old were able to walk it. We were also able to walk to the Seaside "town" area where food and shops are. It is about .75 miles but my oldest scootered and I had the rest in the stroller. We went there daily on foot. Traffic was terrible so walking was best option and not bad at all. Our family is already talking about when we can rebook. Thank you for the best family spring break, Linger Longer!
