Sebastien helped us plan out the best 4-5 day itenerary and was always around to help with anything we needed during our stay. The grounds are beautiful and maintained well and the view from the pool is absolutely stunning. The serving staff Cristina and Alex were so friendly and attentive. (1,002 reviews) The Springs is truly heaven on earth. I've been to Costa Rica fiver times since 2015 and my stays at the Springs have been most memorable than all of my other trips combined. Yes, it is one of the most expensive resorts in the area and I'm frugal but every dollar spent at the Springs is absolutely worth it. From the moment you arrive, everything feels intentional, thoughtfully, and beautifully maintained. Dining, the hot springs, Club Rios, the rooms, dining - every part of the experience has been incredible. It's been a month since my family's last stay and now that I'm back in the States, I find myself thinking about the resort almost every day. One of my favorite memories is sitting alone in a hot springs at 7am, watching an iguana float across the pool while rain fell around us. Moments like that is priceless. I would absolutely return again and I'm incredibly grateful for Mr. Lee Banks who created this amazing place.
