Stayed for 3 days in March and found the hotel to be excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped with good quality bedding, towels, and bathroom amenities. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was included (buffet) and it was well prepared with lots of choices. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s expensive.

Staff were so polite and helpful - the hike down to the beach is amazing, I wouldn’t say it’s expert level, maybe moderate at most if you’re used to walking trails in any part of the world.
Lots of little ants in the sink in the room but you need to expect bugs when in CR! The monkeys really only care to come close if you have food on the balcony. We saw all three species of monkeys in CR from our balcony it was awesome.
Overall an excellent experience.
