This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.

Its not a 5 star hotel, but great for the price. I received so much assistance from the front desk staff, the gate guard, and the servers. Amazing staff that made this visit exceptional. The staff turned it into a five-star visit.
