Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Maison située dans un petit village en hauteur avec une vue magnifique sur la baie et le port de l'ile Rousse depuis la terrasse.Maison charmante et lumineuse, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle pour 3 couples.

La maison est très sympa, la vue est sublime et Sandra est adorable !! Seuls bémols, le stationnement, il n’est pas précisé que nous ne pouvons stationner sur la propriété et il est très difficile de se garer dans la rue. Il s’agit d’une route à double sens assez étroite sans place de stationnement et avec beaucoup de virage donc difficile de stationner en toute sécurité… Aussi, il y a certes la clim, mais uniquement dans le salon, pas dans les chambres.

Unser Eindruck ist leider ambivalent:positiv:Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön, man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf Ile Rousse, vor allem nachts wenn alles beleuchtet ist. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es ist durchaus alles sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt auch einen eigenen Gartenbereich mit Terasse und Grill. Die Kommunikation mit Sandra der Hausverwalterin ist sehr gut, sie ist wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. W-LAN funktioniert gut.negativ:Man darf das Auto nicht auf dem Hof parken, es muss auf der Straße abgestellt werden, wo es nur in leichter Schräglage geparkt werden kann. Mitunter ist es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden, da alles voll ist.Man ist nicht alleine, zwar geben sich die Mitbewohner, die vermutlich Eigentümer der oberen Etage sind Mühe leise zu sein, aber man hört sie eben doch immer wieder und fühlt sich nicht alleine im Ferienhaus. Gerade die undurchsichtigen Eigentumsverhältnisse aber auch die Parksituation werden im Onlineauftritt nicht transparent kommuniziert, und das bei dem nicht gerade geringen Mietpreis. Man sollte sich im Klaren sein, dass Hautiere erlaubt sind, gerade wenn man olfaktorisch etwas sensibel diesbezüglich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist sehr unpersönlich, fast schon schroff.Die Inneneinrichtung ist zwar chic, aber doch wenig inspiriert und unpersönlich.

Maison très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l’île Rousse. Elle est aussi très bien équipée. La personne en charge des entrées / sorties est aussi très agréable et à l’écoute. Seul petit regret, ne pas pouvoir stationner la voiture sur la propriété.

Vue magnifique et très jolie maison

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours à santa Reparata Di Balagna, joli village au dessus de la maison.Je recommande vivement cette location. Parfaitement rénovée, joliment décorée et très bien ventilée, la maison surplombe un magnifique paysage jusqu'à l'Ile Rousse et la mer. La vue de la terrasse et très belle et l'ombre du soir rend les apéros divins.Nous avons été accueillie avec gentillesse par Sandra.La région est magnifique et offre de nombreuses balades.

Séjour inoubliable dans cette maison incroyablement bien située sur les hauteursReposant,calme,meublée avec goût. Literie confortable. Sandra a été à l'écoute et très réactive faisant preuve d'une grande gentillesse envers nous. Je recommande très vivement .
