Country House 'Quinta Pé Franco' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Santa Marta de Penaguião, in the heart of the Douro region, Quinta Pé Franco offers a 240 m² house surrounded by vineyards, with mountain views. This welcoming property accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. You have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a dedicated workspace, and a high chair for children. The estate features a private garden (covering about 90% of the house, approximately 1,000 m²), a pergola for outdoor dining, indoor and outdoor wood ovens, and a private barbecue.



Outside, you will find a private pool open from May to October, depending on weather conditions. The garden offers sun loungers with mattresses and parasols. You can relax on the private balcony and enjoy the vineyard landscape. The property ensures total privacy in a rural setting surrounded by nature.



Private parking is available for up to 8 vehicles. Pets are welcome and smoking is not allowed. Events are not permitted. As this is a rural area, you are advised to keep the garden doors closed due to possible wild boar. The hosts do not live on the property but are nearby.



Wine tastings and traditional regional lunches at neighboring estates can be arranged on request for an extra fee. There is a river beach 5 km away, the city of Régua is 12 km away, and the center of Santa Marta de Penaguião is 6 km away. You can enjoy boat trips on the Douro, wine tastings, meals at emblematic estates, hiking, and fine dining restaurants, all available at an additional cost. Car rental is available during your stay. Check-in is carried out by a dedicated person who will explain all the details. The minimum stay is 3 nights. The Douro is a demarcated region, considered the oldest in the world.
