Santa Marta Beach

This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and effortless. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. The lobby and the rooms are pristine and I even saw the staff swipe their hands on the walls as if they were checking for dust which is a testament to how clean this hotel is. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is in the middle of Getsemani. I felt very safe inside the hotel.

Food was great great staff

My partner and I had such a great stay at Casa La Merced by Mystique. We were welcomed by Libnis and Jorge. Both so warm and friendly. They made our check-in process so smooth and our stay just as comfortable. The hotel was so beautiful, clean and most importantly, quiet. It’s a hidden gem within the Walled City. Such a relaxing vibe. The staff was just as amazing and very patient. The rooms were spacious, the Air conditioning, great, big bathrooms, nice shower space and hot water. The hot water may take a moment to kick in. The upstairs rooftop has a gorgeous overlook. The pool on the property is kept clean. Can’t forget to mention the breakfast that is provided every morning, such a great way to kick start the day! I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for tranquility within the walled city.
