"The place is absolutly beautiful.You just need to know that you share the pool with 12 people you dont know and the kitchen and living room with 10 people if its fully booked. "We are really into Tree houses and jungle like settings. To have this be right near that turquoise, exquisite bay was an absolute delight. I really like the local food place as opposed to the fancy restaurant on the beach (which was OK to as a back up). Pablo is very responsive. "Our stay at Punta Magica was excellent. Alex is a super responsive host and so communication was also quick and easy. The villa is even better than the photos, and it was so nice having our own private little pool. It’s a short walk into the main area with restaurants and the beach, but we didn’t mind this as meant we got to see some of the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Puerto Escondido! "

"This place is pretty fantastic. The photos are totally accurate. I also appreciated the how helpful the host was with suggestions (scooter rental). The security guys were non-invasive and super helpful in getting taxis. The only reason this place is so cheap is due to all the development happening around it. It'll be 700 a night within a year or two. "

"This was dreamy! Perfect place to relax. Small, friendly hotel. They gave us a bottom floor room instead of the first floor which was wonderful as we could walk out to the pool on our doorstep. The team couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Food at the restaurant was good and can take in the room or by the pool if you prefer. Short walk into town along the beach or via the road. Lots of great places to eat and relax. Will be back! "
