Outside, you’ll find a beautiful lawned garden, several areas to relax or sunbathe, and a 30 x 10-foot swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs—perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious and cozy dining area with a flat-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after dinner or enjoying a family movie night. The dining room leads into a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The villa features three bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning (heating and cooling). Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, and there’s a third shared bathroom in the common area. "Son Morro" is located in a quiet, easily accessible area on the outskirts of Can Picafort. The nearby beach, with its fine sand and generous size, is perfect for water sports or spending quality time with family.
