It is also around 400 m. from a public swimming pool and tennis courts, and just next to there is a gym. It is part of a set of 4 apartments in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups while providing proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several. It is a modern and functional apartment for 4 /6 people, with a careful, cheerful, and summery decoration.
