It is a functional apartment for 6 people. Comprising 3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds, 1 bathroom with tub, a living room with TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with enough utensils and appliances to help you during your stay tasks, as well as a washing machine. An air-conditioning in the corridor will help you to enjoy sleeping. Sunny balcony with outdoor furniture. It's perfect to enjoy a lovely breakfast or dinner, to read, chat or just get some fresh air for a while before bed. On the upper floor, you can enjoy an exclusive picnic area with a barbecue and sunbeds for sunbathing. Also, a small kitchen and a summer dining room, a bathroom and laundry. In addition, there's a parking space in the basement of the building. Highly recommended for families.AreaCan Picafort is one of the most popular tourist areas of Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded the blue flag of the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education ) extend along nearly 9 miles of coastline, are of fine white sand and are equipped with all amenities.
