Alles in allem war es für uns völlig OK und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Wir hatten auch direkt eine Einladung zu dem einwöchigen Dorffest bekommen Der Kontakt war sehr nett, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht, war aber tlw. schon renovierungsbedürftig. Mit niedrigen Ansprüchen ok, uns hat der Schwarschimmel im Bad nicht gestört. Mittel gegen die üblichen Insekten standen auch parat. War unser erster Besuch in einer Ferienwohnung auf Mallorca, daher keine Ahnung was Standard ist Weg zum Strand passt mit 10 min. Der Ort ist auch nicht zu sehr mit Touristen überlaufen, dennoch gibt es ein paar Restaurants und Bars.Wir waren zwei Familien mit drei Kindern, uns hat es gut gefallen.

Casa perfecta para unas vacaciones en familia en un entorno muy tranquilo

La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones, con algún detalle que solucionar, que hasta que no vives la casa en el día a día no te das cuenta, pero la atención ha sido perfecta y la casa es muy cómoda y espaciosa. La urbanización es muy tranquila, y aunque no hay piscina, la playa está a 5 minutos andando, 450 metros para ser exactos. Justo en frente de la casa hay un bosque lleno de pinos si quieres pasear, pero también en la calle de la costa hay un camino para pasear que recorre toda la urbanización, muy agradable por las mañanas. Hemos estado 8 personas y hay espacio de sobra en la casa, muy cómodo todo.

Prachtige plek tussen zee en natuurgebied, leuk ruim huis, dakterras heerlijk om te vertoeven, zelfs in februari. Erg rustig, volop privacy, althans in de winter ... Niet alle apparatuur werkte naar behoren maar dat was geen groot probleem, het grote bed was wat te hard naar onze smaak.

Great property for a relaxing holiday

This house is really lovely, with loads of space and fabulous views from the roof terrace. We had some amazing sunsets during our stay. There is ample space for sitting either inside or outside. The area is mainly residential but there are a couple of great bars/restaurants within walking distance - we would recommennd Blue Tamarind and El Sol. There is also a small really well-stocked shop close by - go there for great croissants in the morning. Do watch out for the ants - the house is close to the woodland, which comes with wildlife!

Bonita casa mal mantenida

Las casa está bien, con patio y terrazas, habitaciones amplias y en una zona tranquila. La construcción es práctica, pensada para que haya buena ventilación. Tiene muchos armarios. Hemos estado dos semanas, pero no creo que repitamos. La limpieza es muy mejorable, aunque se cobra aparte. El mantenimiento es muy pobre: una cortina caída y otra a punto, un bidet que no funciona, la puerta de un baño se atasca, etc. Los muebles son muy básicos, como los ventiladores. Faltan pinzas, no hay ropa de cama de cambio, las mesas son de seis cuando la casa es de ocho, el lavaplatos es de media carga, las puertas de los muebles de la cocina cierran mal, la campana extractora va regular. La gestión de la entrada y la salida, que incluye el cobro de la electricidad (se paga aparte, aunque la casa no tiene aire acondicionado) muy informal.

Schnelle Kommunikation

Nach der Corona Pause war ich offenbar seit langem der Erste, der das Haus gebucht hat. Und ich habe sehr spontan für den nächsten Tag gebucht. Mit Agustina, der Vermieterin, hatte ich nur über FeWo-direkt Kontakt. Das hat sehr gut geklappt. Nach einem Tag hatte das Haus wieder eine funktionierende Glasfaserleitung und gutes WLAN. Also anfängliche Schwierigkeiten hat sie beeindruckend schnell gelöst. Die Lage finde ich super. Nicht direkt am Wasser, sondern etwas den Hang hoch. Man guckt von der Dachterasse auf's Meer und die Berge. Geht auch mit wirklich vielen Leuten, 8-9 Schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem separatem Bad und eigenem Balkon. Von luxuriös bis pragmatischer Ikea Stil. Küche etwas spartanisch, aber ok. Ich würde es wieder buchen, insbesondere mit mehreren Erwachsenen.

Casa ideal para disfrutar en familia

Ha sido una estancia increible en una casa muy grande que hemos disfrutado toda la familia. Tiene una terraza con patio muy espaciosa con barbacoa donde todas las noches cenabamos en familia. La zona donde está ubicada la casa es muy tranquila, ideal para familias. Está a 5 min de la playa y tiene algunos restaurantes. No hay grandes supermercados en el pueblo pero hay una tienda pequeña que tiene de todo. La propietaria es muy amable y nos ha atendido en todo momento. Hemos pasado unas vacaciones ideales

Als wir buchten, haben wir uns auf die sehr gute Beurteilung (5 Sterne) verlassen, aber wir haben kein 5 Sterne-Haus vorgefunden. Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus, aber ziemlich verlebt und abgenutzt. Leider auch nicht sauber. Es gab weder einen Staubsauger noch Grundputzmittel z.B. fürs Bad. Ich habe kein Problem Geschirrspülmittel und Schwämme etc zu kaufen, aber eine Basis sollte vorhanden sein. Die Handtücher haben wir auch waschen müssen, kein weiterer Kommentar hierzu.... Ein Schrank in einem der Schlafzimmer hat so gestunken, dass man ihn nicht benutzten konnte. Die Eigentümerin und die Verwalterinnen sind sehr nette Personen, aber leider konnte die Verwalterin kein Englisch (Französisch/Spanisch). Die Problematik haben wir der Eigentümerin geschildert, aber es wurde nichts unternommen, dass nochmals ein Putz-Team vorbeikommt. Trotzdem haben wir das Beste daraus gemacht und haben einen schönen Urlaub gehabt. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, sehr ruhig gelegen und wirklich nur 300 Meter zum Meer.
