Free WiFi Charming semi-detached two storey house in Can Picafort, 500 metres from the sandy beach and space for 6 guests. The coastal village of Can Picafort is popular among those who love the beach and the sea since it features a dreamy beach, lots of restaurants and a lively atmosphere. The house, however, is located in a quiet area and it has two -front and back- terraces. The back terrace is perfect to celebrate great evenings al fresco or enjoy a good breakfast before the day starts. A large parasol protects from the sun. In the evening, maybe you feel like cooking some barbecued vegetables and meat, and a mobile barbecue is available for it. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The house was built in 2017 and it has a Mediterranean style -modern, with stoneware floors, light colourful furniture and beautiful drawings to give a lively touch to the rooms. The spacious living room has satellite TV and it is open to the dining area which can accommodate 6 people. The dining room presents a door which leads to the back terrace and this is quite helpful in case you cook a barbecue outdoors but want to enjoy it inside. The open kitchen has a basic equipment to prepare simple dishes like the ceramic hob, microwave and some kitchen utensils. The three luminous bedrooms have a closet and are on the first floor. Two of them come with two twin beds, while the last one has a double bed. One of the bedrooms with two beds has an en-suite shower bathroom. There are two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. 2 cots and 2 high chairs also are available. The house features ducted air-conditioning (only cold air). The beach of Can Picafort, with fine sand and crystalline waters, is several kilometres long. It features services like the rental of sunbeds and parasols, beach bars, restaurants and toilets. Along the promenade, you will find a great offers of bars, restaurants, shops and ice-cream parlours. The area of Capellans - Playa de Muro towards Puerto de Alcudia is a more natural area, backed by the dunes and with less services. The old centre of Alcudia with its stoned streets is about 12 km. Near Puerto de Alcudia, in Alcanada, there is a golf course by the sea. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Zetel voor 3 personen, terwijl je met 6 kan verblijven. De keuken bevat alles van gereedschap, maar niks van bruikbare produkten, zelfs geen peper en zout. Geen contact met eigenaar, tenzij je iets nodig hebt. Dan moet je eerst Homerti bellen, die bellen dan terug en dan contacteren zij de eigenaar. Beetje omslachtig. Man kann entspannt seinen Kaffee auf der Terrasse genießen, niemand belästigt einen, das Grundstück ist gepflegt, das Haus sehr groß und sauber, Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden und zum Strand bzw. Restaurants und Co. läuft man nicht mehr als zehn Minuten. Diese Unterkunft ist für Paare und Familien sehr zu empfehlen! Wir hatten zunächst ein kleines Problem mit dem Schlüssel (war nicht wie angekündigt in der Key Box) aber Homerti hat sich binnen weniger Minuten gekümmert und der Eigentümer kam persönlich vorbei, hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt und alles lief super!! Eine kleine Anmerkung: an Non Food Artikeln wie WC Papier, Handseife, Geschirrspültabs etc. darf es ruhig ein bisschen mehr (auch von vorherigen Gästen) sein, hier mussten wir direkt am 2.Tag nachkaufen und hoffen aber sehr, dass es dann nicht weggeschmissen wird sondern den Nachmietern zur Verfügung steht ?? ##### Silvana D. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und schick eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten dort wirklich mehr als genug Platz. Die Kommunikation hat super geklappt. Die einzige Kleinigkeit die etwas schade war, ist dass Dinge wie Spülmittel, Schwämme oder WC-Papier nicht oder nur sehr wenig vorhanden waren. Leider haben wir diese Dinge auch auf Nachfrage nicht bekommen. Aber ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert :) ##### Verena L.
