The house offers you a covered terrace with dining table and lounge sofa, a built-in barbecue with wood oven, as well as a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountains and the Bay of Alcudia.  
  
Inside, you will find a cozy living room with fireplace, satellite TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) and a modern shower room. Air conditioning (hot/cold) ensures pleasant comfort during the transitional seasons.
