Beautiful rustic-style chalet in Santa Margalida.



The property is located in the north of the island, in a very quiet place between C'an Picafort and Santa Margalida, with a lovely long beach nearby, and there are restaurants, bars and all types of shops and supermarkets.

The house has a nice living room with TV with satellite channels, CD/DVD and WiFi, it has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The bathroom is large with a shower. The kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The house is prepared to receive you at any time of the year to spend a good time relaxing.

Around the villa there is a terrace with a professional grill and several places to sit, partially covered. From here you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden with many Mediterranean plants. Through the garden you reach the large pool of the estate. Here there are several comfortable sunbeds ready.



IMPORTANT:

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Fantastic stay

The property was fabulous - so clean and everything had been thought of to make it easy. Lovely little welcome pack in the fridge which was great as we arrived late after a delay due to storms. The pool is wonderful, great views of the countryside and to the sea. It was super peaceful and the perfect base to relax and explore. Thank you for a great stay.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, freundlicher Gastgeber, super organisiert durch eine Agentur, toller Pool mit unschlagbarem Ausblick, perfekte Lage, sehr ruhig und entspannend die Zeit dort zu verbringen, lediglich die beiden Sofas sind vom Komfort her etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles andere sehr sehr schön und empfehlenswert.

Villa mit herrlichem Garten, ordentlich ausgestattet, wenn auch etwas altbacken und biederSchneller und guter Service durch den Anbieter Das zweite Zimmer (Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett) wurde von uns (Getrenntschläfer, hatten wir ausdrücklich angekündigt) benötigt, war aber nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Bettzeug fehlte und es war dunkel und stickig da Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Wirklich nur für Kinder und nur im Sommer geeignet.Die Lage des Hauses ist schon ein extrem entlegen, zu Fuß war nichts erreichbar

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat alles, was man brauchen könnte und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus entsprach den Bildern und war sogar noch schöner als erwartet. Vom Pool aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht und kann auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Draussen kann man je nach Tageszeit gut an verschiedenen Orten verweilen (diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten). Das Kinderzimmer war super ausgestattet und hatte viele Spielsachen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Die Finca sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Sie ist in einer sehr ruhigen und abgeschirmten Lage, es gibt hier und da vielleicht mal ein Nachbarn, die Grundstücke sind jedoch so groß, dass man davon nichts merkt, und nicht weit weg vom Tourismus, so dass man viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. in der Nähe hat . Selbstverständlich braucht man ein Auto, aber ich denke, dass versteht sich von selbst, wenn man Mitten in der Natur lebt . Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, Nudelsieb, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc., wirklich komplett ausgestattet und sie war absolut sauber. Alle Fenster haben Moskitosnetze und es gibt drei Klimaanlagen. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Garten und viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten und der Pool ist ebenfalls toll, absolut sauber und eine wunderschöne Aussicht zum Meer und zu Bergen . Auch gibt es verschiedene Außenbeleuchtungen, die den Garten im Dunklen romantisch machen und wenn man kein Licht an hat, hat man einen tollen Sternenhimmel ️. Als wir abends gegen 22 Uhr ankamen, war für uns schon die Außenbeleuchtung an und im Kühlschrank hat uns eine liebe Botschaft überrascht mit Wasser, Bier und Knabberkram - herrlich . Wir hatten die Möglichkeit genutzt, uns vor Ankunft Lebensmittel liefern zu lassen, auch das war eine tolle Erfahrung und ein sehr netter Kontakt . Der Service war super, alles, was in den Kühlschrank muss, war auch da zu finden .Wir kommen wieder

Genau der richte Ort um Urlaub zu machen wenn es etwas ruhiger und idyllischer sein soll.

Alles war vortrefflich. Besonders gefreut hat uns der Willkommensgruß im Kühlschrank. Es gibt tatsächlich etwas zu verbessern. Die Information zur Hausmüllentsorgung. In der Mappe wir gut und verständlich der Weg zum Müllplatz beschrieben.

wer Ruhr und Erholung wünscht

wir waren (2 Personen) zum 2. mal für 3 Wochen in dieser wunderschönen, einsamen Umgebung. Wir schätzen Ruhe und Ruhe. Die Finaca ist sehr sauber, ist einfach eingerichtet aber hat alles was es braucht. Der ganz tolle Sandstrand von Playa de Muro ist in gut 10Min. mit dem Auto erreicht. Wir werden wieder kommen. Bei den Fenstern in Küche und beim Esstisch sollten auch Mückengitter montiert sein.

The house itself is quite oldfashionned but really ok. The garden is very nice. The house is totaly conform to the picture, you wont be disapointed. The bad point is that the owner let nearly nothing inside ! No oil, no coffee, no sugar, no soap, no charcoal, no lighter for barbecue and so on.. . You will find salt and that's all. You have to buy everything. At nearly 300 € / night, you expect a bit more...

Fantastischer Urlaub

Diese Finca hat einen traumhaften Außenbereich. Der Pool, die Bepflanzung....einfach herrlich. Vom Pool aus kann man sogar das Meer sehen. Neben dem Pool gibt es einen gemauerten Grill (Holzkohle), den wir viel genutzt haben. Gegessen haben wir dann immer direkt an dem Tisch am Pool, mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber keine Spülmaschine. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Der Innenbereich ist spanisch rustikal. Die Küche hat einen sehr großen, modernen Kühlschrank und ist auch ansonsten super ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Badezimmer ist schon relativ alt. Hier sollte der Besitzer allerdings mal über eine neue Dusche (Duschkopf) und eine neue Toilette (Spülung) nachdenken. Die Matratze ist relativ weich, Probleme hatten wir aber damit keine. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist, dass wir die Finca in einem top sauberen und gepflegten Zustand vorgefunden haben!!!! Wir waren ohne Kinder dort, aber im Kinderzimmer gibt es reichlich Spielzeug. Einkaufen kann man wunderbar in Can Picafort. Dort gibt es einen neuen, sehr gut sortierten, Lidl. Ein paar Meter weiter findet man einen Mercadona sowie einen größeren Eroski. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub auf der Finca Can Burguet und empfehlen diese gerne weiter. Für uns war alles mit Mallorca-Charme wunderbar & reibungslos. Einzig eine Info zur Abreise, ob jemand zur Schlüsselübergabe erscheinen wird, oder wir den Schlüssel wieder in den Schlüsselkasten legen sollen, wäre schön gewesen. Aber tragisch war das jetzt auch nicht -) !! Wir werden sicherlich das nächste Mal auch wieder über Sie buchen. Herzlichen Dank für alles! Sehr schöne finca und sehr schöner Lage mit Potenzial zur 1+ Nicht viel, eine neue Matratze ist dringend notwendig. Ein Geschirrspüler wünschenswert. Sonst sind wir zufrieden.

En general todo,la casa estaba muy bien equipada,la piscina el jardín la barbacoa, una paz increible.Lástima que mi madre se resbaló en las escaleras de la piscina(que resbalaban bastante)y se pasó la mitad d las vacaciones con la pierna escayolada. Por lo demás se estaba muy bien. Una escalera metálica en la piscina o algo en los escalones para no resbalar,ya que nos pasó a los 3.

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub

Die Finca liegt in toller Lage mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Das Grundstück ist schön angelegt mit viel Liebe zum Detail und das Haus ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Waschmaschine war sehr altersschwach und der angegebene Geschirrspüler war nirgends zu finden. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, auch mit Mallorca Charme. Tony hat uns wieder herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.
