This area of Mallorca is ideal for hiking, water sports, nightlife, shopping... Cozy 3-story semi-detached house. It has a capacity for 6 guests. On the ground floor there is a large fully equipped and furnished kitchen, a toilet and a living dining room with air conditioning and fireplace, with direct access to the main terrace of the house. On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. Another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the hall on the first floor there is an air conditioning unit that cools the rooms. On the second floor there is the third bedroom with a double bed. This bedroom has a private terrace with views of the pine forest. "I would advise bringing a good book and sitting on the privileged terrace to relax" It is located on the outskirts of the town, which is ideal for those who do not want to go too far from the town, but without being in the bustling center. Im Bad z.b lief der abfluss nicht . Küchen Wasserarmatur lief nicht und war total verkaklt. Die Duschen im 2.Bad konnte man nicht aufs Duschkopf umstellen. Klimaanlage muss dringend gereinigt werden. Ich fand das haus hat zuviel gegenstücke " Möbel die nicht da sein soll. Wen der Besitzer sich mühe macht und par Renovierungs arbeiten macht, ist es ne sehr gute Anlage . ##### Mohammed A.
