This comfortable house is located in Son Serra de Marina, a coastal urbanization with its own quiet beach. The house, very spacious and bright, has everything you need to spend a quiet holiday near the sea. In addition, it has a beautiful private pool and several furnished terraces where you can enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate.
Son Serra de Marina is a coastal urbanization away from tourist crowds. Its kilometric sandy beach, practically virgin, is one of the best in Mallorca. There you will also find some restaurants, supermarkets and some services. In addition, it is only 15 minutes by car from the tourist area of Can Picafort or the town of Artà and its spectacular coves.
Air conditioning:
- You will find fans and radiators at your disposal and AC unit in the living room.
Costs to be paid at destination not included in the price:
- Tourism Tax (mandatory)
- Cleaning 160 euros per booking (Required)
