This apartment is on the second floor without elevator. A roof terrace has astonishing views over Alcúdia Bay and features a table with chairs and two sun loungers. The neighbours have access to this rooftop terrace, but each has its own area and equipment. The sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV has a large window where you'll enjoy amazing views over the Mediterranean and the sea promenade. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob to prepare your favourite meals. Ideal for long stays, there's a washer, iron and ironing board. If you visit us during the winter, the apartment has central heating. Both bedrooms come with two twin each and there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. The accommodation is on the sea promenade, a lively place during the summer and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine grained sand beach where you can rent sun loungers and parasol or practice water sports. A 10 minute's walk takes you to the Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach where you can enjoy a good Paella in one of the restaurants. Besides, you could visit Alcúdia's and Pollença's old town, the natural park of S'Albufera or the Caves of Campanet.
