The Immaculada Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for us. The highlight of the stay was the staff, they were extremely accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Some features of the hotel were fun and interesting, although I was never quite sure of the vibe they were going for. The biggest disappointment was the room. I spend a lot of time researching hotels and really getting drawn in by design style. The pictures on Expedia and the hotel’s own website do *not* match the actual room. I will provide a picture of the room from our stay. It was very cold and empty and did not have any of the charm or character that the website photos provide. I think our very room may have been used for the photos, compare for yourself and just book at your own risk! Overall a nice stay in a fairly walkable area but really disappointed with the way the room ended up looking.

This was the most amazing hotel I’ve ever seen! Very clean, great staff, very good spa area and hot tub. The restaurant was delicious! Beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever been in.

Staff was amazing and the room and garden were charming. The breakfast was excellent - the coffee was 10/10. A little close to a main street so you hear a fair bit of street traffic at night. A little drive from Antigua for adventures!
