Die Ausstattung deckt alle Bedürfnisse ab. Das Objekt beinhaltet 3 Etagen mit 7 Wohnungen, die von Eigentümern oder Mietern belegt sind. Hilfreich ist, dass einige davon auch Deutsch oder Englisch verstehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die drei Wochen im September genossen, teilweise bei über + 30 ° C, was durch die Nähe zum Meer aber erträglich war. Ruhige Nachbarschaft im 7 Parteienhaus, Nutzung des Pools ist unproblematisch und hat unseren Kindern viel Spaß gemacht - Pool gehörte zum festen Bestandteil des Tagesprogramms nach Ausflug in die Berge oder dem nahegelegenen Strand. In der Nachbarschaft zahme und kinderliebe Haustiere, Katzen und Hund. Zur Lage: Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit, führt aber über die Küstenhauptstraße. Boulangerie ist ebenfalls nicht weit und in Santa Lucia hat´s mit dem "Casino" einen großen Supermarkt, der alles zu moderaten Preisen anbietet.
