Around 400 square meters this modern property is surrounded by terraces and stone walls with the typical Ibizan minimalist charm, in a 25,000 plot.. \===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION ===== The Villa consists of 6 double bedrooms (convertible in twin beds) with bathroom, air conditioning is available in all the rooms. There is a main body composed by a big living room who watch directly to the pool and the surrounding, a spacious dining room and a semi- open kitchen. There are also 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower. In the Pavillion area we find 2 bedrooms, en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The property includes a covered veranda with dining room and a large swimming pool. Rentals Rules Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day Saturday. Security deposit: 5.000,00 €, it must be paid in the form of credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card) The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill. Check-in: 16:00 h - Check out: 10:00 h Children welcome Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam.
