Lovely breakfast, really clean rooms and nice spa facilities!

Our stay at Shalai was outstanding from start to finish. We received a warm welcome from a genuinely friendly and professional team. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion on a quiet street, creating a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Check-in was effortless. Our online check-in was fully recognized, so there was no need to repeat the process. No credit card was requested and payment was deferred until checkout, which was a pleasant surprise. The reception staff kindly...

I cannot express how wonderful our stay at Marty’s was- the owners could not have done more to make our stay relaxing, the property is beautiful, the pool is spotless and the breakfast is lovely, and almost all homemade!! Would not hesitate to recommend/ stay again! In terms of location… may be best to bring a car! :)

Our family of two adults and two small children stayed in apartment five which has two bedrooms and a large terrace so perfect for families. Everything was clean and functional, staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel restaurant was great with daily specials. The breakfast included within our rate was buffet style and there was plenty on offer. We asked for some advice on the right way to visit Etna and were provided with an abundance of tips, maps and guidance. There appears to be some...

Nice room. Breakfast could do with two coffee capsule.

This is a really lovely place to stay if you want a restful stress free stay in the Patti area. It is a convenient base for so many other places, such as Tindari, Olivieri and Patti itself. All realy amazing beach side villages. It is a short walk from Mongiove also with a beach .The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the beach there The rooms are well appointed and spotless, be sure to book a sea view you wont regret the extra cost, worth every penny to sit on the balcony wathching the sunset over the...

The hotel has a beaitiful view of Mt Etna. Whilst we were there it was erupting and we could see the ash clods in the day and the lava flows at night, The parking is off road oposite the entrance. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are all super helpful. The air condition in the room sounded like an aircaft taking off so we didn't get much sleep. The room was billed as a suite but it wasn't what we woul dcall a suite in the UK. It was a large hotel room with a double bed and a sofa bed

These Apartments are immaculate and in an excellent and convenient location. We upgraded to an apartment with a view of the town and sea which was a great sun trap to enjoy breakfast! No need to take anything with you as all basics are provided eg towels, hairdryer, toiletries, tea towels etc. Valet parking available at extra charge - a must if you have a car as parking spaces few and far between. Parking is off site so 10 mins notice required to retrieve vehicle. Can't wait to return-...

Beautiful B&B with great amenities, especially the pool! The family/staff were really friendly and incredibly helpful, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Mount Etna. Thank you :)

The property was absolutely perfect for a relaxing week in Sicily. The host Nino was exceptionally attentive and the whole family were wonderful and inclusive. Nino gave us tips to explore the area which were invaluable. The rooms were spotlessly clean and breakfast was very good. We would 100% return!!
