I booked the hotel through Expedia. When I arrived, the hotel required a physical credit or debit card for incidental charges. Unfortunately, I had accidentally left my wallet at home and therefore was unable to provide the required card. As a result, I was unable to stay at the hotel, and the hotel did not provide a refund.
