The flat is 400 metres from the beach, in the Rosamar residential area, where there are numerous beaches and sandy coves. It is located at a distance of 15 kms from Tossa de Mar and 12 kms from Sant Feliu de Guíxols, ideal to enjoy a happy holiday.

The location of Viamar, situated in the centre of the Costa Brava, will contribute to make your stay much more pleasant.

The flat is situated between the sea and the Ardenya mountains. From here you will find the best beaches and coves in the area just 400 m away, as well as the best mountain routes from the house itself.

The accommodation consists of a dining-living room, a kitchen, a balcony with table and chairs, 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with two bunk beds), a bathroom, and other additional services:
