De lange steile trappen zijn niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen of mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Er is geen interen trap tussen de verdiepingen. Er is een groot zwembad die wekelijks wordt onderhouden. Een tweede keuken op de benedenverdieping zou een uitkomst zijn. Cambiando colchones y almohadas de las camas de matrimonio, y el aparato de aire acondicionado de la habitación se matrimonio de la planta de arriba, que hacia mucho ruido y goteaba, mejoraría bastante.
