Cozy house with private pool, air conditioning, barbecue, garden, parking and wifi in the heart of nature and just 14 from the beach. It also has access to a communal area with shared pool, tennis court, basketball, football, etc. The swimming pool is open to the public in July and August, and the rest of the area all year round.

This 118 m2 accommodation consists of a pool, terrace, barbecue area and garden.

The house is newly built, made with good quality materials and has plenty of accessories that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing and charming holiday.

When you arrive at your destination you can enter the car inside the garage where it will be protected from the sun and the weather or if you prefer you can leave it on the street where there is always space available.

Once inside the house we find a large dining area and living room with connection to the kitchen and the terrace where you can eat with views of the pool, the mountains and even the sea.

On the same floor we find the rest of the house, a suite room with a 160 cm bed, two rooms with two single beds, and a second bathroom. We also have access to a large shaded barbecue area with its area for eating al fresco during the summer.

The fact of having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on the same floor makes it very comfortable and convenient. Its decoration is modern and fresh and contributes to making one feel well treated by the environment, which added to the pool and solarium area will make you enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
