This beautiful villa is Santa Cristina d'Aro is ideal for a family. It can accommodate 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms. It has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy a pleasant day.The house is only 6 km from the sea.

Try some new delicacies at the restaurants only 2.5 km away. Stock up your essentials from the supermarket close by, just 2 km. This property is just 2.5 km from the Santa Cristina d'Aro town centre.

The open kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities such as coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and blender. A table tennis table and boules court are accessible for your recreational purposes. A cot and high chair are available in the apartment on request.

Check in to the property is between 11 AM- 2 PM and check out is between 9-10 AM.

Note: Heating is possible for the swimming pool. It costs 20 euros per day and is only possible between May 1 to October 15. This can be paid on-site.

A fantastic stay overall! The villa's open layout made it feel very inviting, We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and patio, There were a few minor hiccups with the check-in process, but the host was friendly and accommodating, which made up for it, Would return for sure!

Mooi huis goed en mooi ingericht prima bedden, schoon, mooi zwembad en goed onderhouden. Enkele minpuntjes die niet onoverkomelijk zijn heb ik gemeld bij verhuurkantoor zodat dit voorafgaande aan bezoek volgende huurder gerepareerd kan worden. Zeer rustige ligging. Heerlijk.

Wij (een gezin met 2 oudere kinderen) en Opa en Oma hebben een week gebruik mogen maken van deze Villa in Oktober 2021. De sleutel hing netjes in het sleutelkastje zoals afgesproken (let op! De aankomsttijd is 16:00 uur en niet 11:00 zoals op de Belvilla site staat). De rit naar boven de berg op is erg steil, let hierbij op. Een stukje wandelen is niet mogelijk als je niet goed ter been bent. Auto is echt een prioriteit. Het huis was erg schoon en rook heerlijk. Bij aankomst was 1 van de rolluiken kapot zodat helaas niet al het licht in de woonkamer/keuken kon binnendringen. Na dag 1 kwamen we er achter dat de warmwatervoorziening alleen werkte op de zonnecollectoren. Dit gemeld bij het verhuurburo op zondag. Netjes een reactie gehad dat ze er mee aan de slag gingen. Dezelfde dag kwam er een monteur langs die er naar gekeken heeft. Hij kon het helaas niet repareren. Netjes te woord gestaan door de Nederlandse verhuurder, dat er de volgende dag een andere monteur zou komen die het zou oplossen. De volgende dag kwam de monteur en die constateerde dat de warmtepomp defect was. Het probleem is gedurende de week helaas niet meer opgelost. Gelukkig was het bijna de hele week prachtig weer waardoor we toch een beetje warm water hadden. Wel helaas geen terugkoppeling meer gekregen gedurende de week. Nu klinkt dit als een slechte ervaring, maar integendeel. We hebben desondanks een heerlijke week gehad met zijn zessen. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van heerlijke opgemaakte Karlson boxsprings. Heerlijke kussens en dekens. De tafellinnen, bedlinnen en badlinnen is heerlijk. Het huis is ruim en zeer mooi afgewerkt. Nederlandse televisie. 2 heerlijke bakkamers en een fenomenaal uitzicht, zeker vanaf het dakterras. Het huis is gebouwd in de berg waardoor het heerlijk beschut ligt ten opzichte van de buren en zelfs in Oktober nog heerlijk vertoeven was. Nagenoeg geen last gehad van de wind die er af en toe was. Veel gebruik gemaakt van het prachtige zwembad en de tafeltennis tafel. Ook het aanwezige speelgoed was een leuke extra bijkomstigheid. De Amerikaanse koelkast met ijsmachine is heerlijk. Een absolute aanrader en we komen zeker nog eens terug.

Fantastisch huis op een mooie locatie. De 4 slaapkamers beschikken over airco. De keuken, het salon en de eetkamer niet. Parkeren doe je buiten op een rustig pleintje. Het zwembad is erg mooi, maar is wel koud, het is goed voor baantjes te zwemmen maar te fris voor recreatief gebruik. De tuin wordt ook goed onderhouden.

Het huis is prachtig gelegen op een helling met zicht op de bergen. Heel de namiddag volle zon op het terras. Het zwembad, dat mits betaling kan verwarmd worden, is een waar plezier voor jong en oud. Binnen in het huis heb je alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Vier mooie slaapkamers en twee badkamers. Beneden een grote, goed uitgeruste, keuken en een gezellige living. Geen minpunten op te merken. Niet ver van Barcelona en Girona en tal van leuke stranden in de buurt. Kortom, een aanrader.

Practige accomodatie er is alles voorhanden om er een aangename vakantie van te maken. De weg naar de Villa is nogal steil maar je wordt nadien wel beloond met een prachtige uitzicht. Zorg dat gij niets vergeet bij het inkopen want anders moet men de berg weer af de dichtsbijzijnde winkel ligt op 3 km wat ook niet zo ver is.

Aangenaam verrast wanneer we aankwamen ivm de omgeving, (boven op de berg) en de comfortabele mooie villa. Mooi zwembad, maar water van 25°C vraagt een paar graadjes meer gezien de allure v/d villa. Er was nochtans een warmtewisselaar aanwezig.

Heerlijk huis. Hartstikke flexibel inzake omgaan met late aankomst, nette wijk met stijle toegangswegen,. Huis is ruim, koel en comfortabel. Huis heeft een trap geen lift, voor ons geen enkel probleem.
