ENTRADA HOME NEAR SNOW CANYON AND TUACAHN
The home is outside of the gated area making getting in and out very convient. Than home is backed up to the pool so you just walk out your back patio up the stone trail to the gate that goes directly to the pool
With only 14 homes Lava Falls at Entrada is the perfect respite to escape the typical crowds of most of the large 100+ vacation home communities. Whether you choose a totally relaxing vacation or go all out in our beautiful outdoors, Entrada at Sand Point is the place to relax in peace and tranquility.
Our staff is disinfecting each home when cleaning with In-Cide from Theochem Laboratories on non porous surfaces (ie: tile, porcelain, chrome, stainless steel, plastic) associated with floors, walls, fixtures, toilets, sinks, counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms). Sheets and towels laundered with laundry soap, hot water and ammonia.
Our home is professionally decorated with an attached two car garage. All the conveniences of home including free secure wi-fi, upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops and slate floors. The kitchen is complete with all the dishes, cookware and spices you will need to prepare delicious meals. There is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip style coffee maker for your convenience.
All linens and towels are included and are of the finest quality. This is a "twin home" with another home attached on only one side, unlike town homes where you are surrounded by homes on either side. Sand Point shares the outdoor pool and hot tub directly across the street (Pioneer Pkwy) with the small community of Lava Falls including a total of 20 homes. There is a convenient restroom at the pool area and also a small patio cover that offers some shade.
This home is on the west side of St. George, just over the boarder into Santa Clara city and located only a few miles from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Center for the Performing Arts and only a mile from the award winning "Complex Of The Year", Canyons Softball Complex. Take a step right out the door and enjoy miles of hiking or biking.
This home is also NOT on the perimeter of town thus giving up the convenience of nearby grocery stores, entertainment, dining and sightseeing. The new, gourmet grocery store, Harmon's is less than a mile right out your front door on Pioneer Pkwy to the west. Drug stores and fine dining as well as pizza parlors and fast food are less than 2 miles away.
The mecca of outdoor activities include world class mountain biking with top rated trails like Gooseberry Mesa and the GEM trail which are less than an hour away. There is abundant hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, Pioneer Park and Zion National Park (45 minutes away). We are always happy to share the "secret local spots" with you.
Golf at any one or more of our local courses. Top rated Sand Hollow as well as Coral Canyon are less than a half an hour away. Sun Brook Golf Course is just down the road from us.
Upon entering the home, you'll find a large, open floor plan with the Great Room having a flat screen TV and a DVD player. There is a flip switch gas fireplace for a cozy ambiance and some extra warmth for cooler, romantic evenings. TV's have been updated to smart TV's for your enjoyment, you must provide your own streaming service.
In the very large master bedroom is a top of the line king size bed with soft comfortable linens, good quality & clean pillows, TV, large mirrored closets with built in shelving for all your clothing, and a comfortable chair to sit and read a book or watch TV and an ironing board with an iron located in the closet. There is a sliding door exit to the viewed, back patio along with a large master bathroom with dual sinks and a tiled walk-in shower and a hair dryer.
The guest bedroom also has a high quality queen mattress and bedding with quality, clean pillows, TV, a mirrored closet with built in shelving and it also has an exit to the private back patio with a spectacular view of the red mountain. The full guest bathroom is located just across the hall from the guest bedroom and it has a tub/shower combination.
The large, gourmet kitchen is stocked with all cookware and dishes needed to prepare delicious meal along with a spice rack. A Keurig coffee maker is provided.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer and laundry soap and an exit to the 2 car attached garage.
The master bedroom, guest bedroom and great room all have ceiling fans along with good, responsive central air conditioning and forced air heating. There is a linen closet with extra towels, pool towels and sheets for convenience. An always cleaned bbq is located in the garage always ready to be fired up, perhaps after a fun day of hiking and sightseeing.
Unlike most vacation home management companies, we have an on-site office that is staffed during the day. We are available 24/7 by text, phone or email.

We like the access to the pool, the layout of the house and how quiet and safe it felt.
Our stay at this VRBO was wonderful. Not only was the house beautiful and comfortable, but it was also convenient for our trips to Tuacahn to see three musicals. The only problem we had was the lack of WIFI due to work being done in the area. Awesome property!

This property had absolutely everything we needed. It was sparkling clean, and the beds and furniture were all extremely comfortable. In particular, we loved the backyard and the private entrance into the pool area. We would sit on the patio every morning and see quail, chipmunks, lizards, roadrunners, bunnies, etc. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with on all issues. Don’t miss this one!

Beautiful, very clean, amazing place
We loved your place so much! Everything was so nice and quality and so clean. The beds were so comfortable. Pool was fun, we will be staying her again for sure.
Very comfortable home supplied to meet all our needs. We enjoyed sitting outside on the shaded patios. Loved that it was a small and beautifully landscaped neighborhood.

Comfortable, relaxing St. George getaway!
We recently spent the Labor Day weekend at this wonderful property! It is perfectly located for access to Tuacahn theater and great golfing. Our kids loved swimming at the pool at Entrada! The condo is immaculately clean and was like a home away from home, but more comfortable! We loved our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat!
We really enjoyed our stay! Such a quiet and nice spot. We loved having a garage for our car. We also enjoyed the covered patio, and private entrance through the back yard to the pool. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We would definitely stay again!

Clean/Comfortable home
This property is very clean and modern. We have stayed at Lava Falls properties for the past few years and have enjoyed our stays. The unit was quiet and comfortable and is in a good location to access many sites.
