The community pool is just outside the back door, which is a bonus if you want to use it, but be advised that the pool hours are 7am-11pm and it can be very loud inside the condo (especially the master bedroom) while people are using the pool. We stayed five nights over the 4th of July weekend and the pool was very busy with loud occupants during the entire time it was open. Also be advised that the master mattress is very soft and the secondary master has a large window that does not have a window covering (our daughter had to use an eye mask to sleep in there). The property manager was very responsive and helpful with a few questions we had during our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the property and would stay here again. ##### Brie N. We were in town for a soccer tournament, and most of our games were at the Shivwits Legacy Fields outside Ivins, so this location for our family and many of the families from our team was perfect.
