Private twin home, only one of 6 in the small, gated community of Sand Point. This particular home also has the largest yard of our 2 bedroom twin homes. It is partially fenced. Spend your downtime on the covered outdoor patio watching on array of wildlife including, roadrunners, quail, lizards and rabbits, among many other desert creatures.

Stay in Sand Point at Entrada, the most beautiful community in Southern Utah. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath twin home is in a gated community with a community pool & spa serving only 20 homes. Our homes are professionally decorated and we take pride in keeping them immaculate condition.

The Master Bedroom is very large with 2 closets a king size bed with high quality bed linens, walk out patio, TV and large master bathroom attached. The large master bath has 2 sinks & a large walk in shower. The toilet is separated. Our guest bedroom is large with a queen size bed and a walk out patio access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, The beautiful, large living/dining area has a gas fireplace and a walk out patio.

The large kitchen has slate flooring with granite counter tops. It is stocked with any cooking item you could need. All you need is your food. There is a laundry room with washer & dryer connected to the kitchen and an iron & ironing board are provided. There is an attached 2 car garage.

This is a great house, close to Snow Canyon. Super clean and lots of room. Great to be able to have my dog along. Enjoyed a movie in the living room that has lots of comfortable seating. It really did feel like a home away from home.

This is a beautiful & comfortable home centrally located to Snow Canyon & other trails new construction. One-story nicely decorated clean, comfortable home with new sheets, towels, reclining leather living room sofa,& beds are perfectly firm. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Great backyard (but a wild bunny visited us so keep dogs leashesd if they’re hunters).

We stay here when we come to St. George and it works beautifully. Comfortable space, nicely furnished, large 2 bedroom, close to great hiking, Snow Canyon, local fitness resort. Can't say enough good things about it

This place was great! The furnishings were incredible. The pool was nice. We rented bikes and rode on the trails nearby, which was really fun and relaxing. The location is great. It feels very secluded but is still close to downtown.

After a little trouble finding the correct condo, we were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the condo was! The outdoor area was very nicely set up, and the condo was nicely decorated. The beds were comfy as well as the couch. Everything that was needed was there. Would totally stay again!!!!

This was a great location. Red rock outside the window and lava rock around the yard. The house was very comfortable. Felt like a home rather than a hotel room... like the owners had just stepped away for the afternoon.

We enjoyed the nearby bike paths and did rides in snow canyon from this home. We did take our car to go ride the Virgin River Trail.The home was more spacious than we expected with nice furniture, fireplace and TV. The yard was small but enjoyed sitting in the sun on the outdoor furniture. The traffic noise was a downside but only when outside. We loved the comfort of the bed in the master way above average mattress comfort. We enjoyed our stay very much the only improvements we suggest are, the lighting in the kitchen is not bright enough. Only two bath towels and three rolls of toilet paper for a week's stay was not enough.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We needed one last summer getaway to lounge by the pool, read, and watch movies. And this was a great place to stay. We wanted a little more luxurious stay, so it was worth the price to get this place. Lem was wonderful to work with. Everything went smoothly. The pool was across the street from the unit we stayed in but we didn't mind. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook all our meals. I would stay here again.

We arrived late Saturday night, the directions that had been emailed were spot on. The carpets had just been cleaned and the rest of the house was also very clean. We will go back again!

We were very pleased with the property. The house was lovely and spacious. It was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely recommend it. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not very clean and was so cold it was not possible to enjoy it. Overall, we had a great experience.

Condo is beautifully designed and executed, spacious, and high quality materials used throughout. Interior was immaculate and kitchen very nice and well-stocked. Lava rock setting was unique and patio very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool. The only downside is the traffic on the parkway next to the house. We would return to this fine property.

My family and I had a great stay at this home, we had everything we needed. The house was extra clean. The washer and dryer we're great since we did a lot of hiking and visiting of state and federal parks during the day. The nearby snow canyon state park was fun to visit. The house is located in a newer community and markets are a short distance which is very convenient when traveling with children. Thank you we had a comfortable stay we enjoyed visiting Bryce, Zion, Dixie national forest was beautiful. My children had fun at Zion.

The property is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. The higher end furnishings and appliances were very nice. Lem was easy to work with and everything ran like clockwork. Location was very good for us and convenient to Snow Canyon State Park, shopping and restaurants. I only have one complaint and that would be the cleanliness. It was okay, but some attention to detail would be nice. Overall, I would definitely stay in this lovely condo again.
