Perfect location steps from beach. 3 minute walk to Amtrak station, restaurants, bars, museums, State St, shopping. Pool, spa, continental breakfast and evening wine and hors douvres, no resort feee or parking fees. So while this is an older hotel, given that we only used it for sleeping and the room was clean, we think this was great value for money compared with other hotels in the same vicinity.

Alot of parking, walking distance from beach and pier. Such a cute and whimsical place. Room 3 was sooo pretty it had an upstairs separate room with a balcony to enjoy the weather with beach view. Super cute, family friendly and right by the water!! This hotel exceeded our expectations. Gave a good homey vibe and the morning/afternoon staff was super friendly and helpful with all our questions. Night staff was a little sketchy and missing a lot of the time and tried to tell us kids couldn’t be in the pool after 8:30. But overall it was a nice visit and clean place to stay.

Great Location. Less than two (2) blocks from the pier where all the site seeing starts. Breakfast is traditional waffles, baggels, coffee, O.J.etc... Pool and jacuzzi available. Room was good size and clean. Need minor facelift. I would stay there again.

The rooms and location are pretty great. The hospitality is terrible, we were made to wait for 2 hours post check-in time, as our rooms weren’t ready. The parking spots are limited, you’d be lucky to get one. The breakfast was very limited, I wish they had at least one source of protein and fresh fruits.

the location of the property with regards to the pier, the beach, restaurants etc, was excellent! we had a little oceanview balcony and loved every minute of our stay.... check in was rough, our room wasn't ready etc, balcony was messy... but we didn't care.

Pros: Location is excellent and beautiful, walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Room was very spacious, super clean, equipped kitchen, bery impressed, staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: breakfast is very light continental and was okay but no meats such as eggs or sausages, carbs only but maybe because of kitchen in room. The front desk only has 1 computer so it was slow check in and staff walks away or missing or busy. During check out nobody was there and said back in 20 minutes but we had to leave.
