Hospitality and communication was top notch. Caroline gave us a warm greeting and all the info we needed about the cottage and the area. Isabelle was helpful in coordinating our stay too. Breakfasts were OUTSTANDING! During our five day stay, we enjoyed a unique spread cooked to perfection every morning. It is almost impossible to pick a favorite: the quiche, the blueberry french toast, the harissa poached eggs… oh my! It was a treat to have our breakfast tray delivered to our door. We loved the breakfast served at the Cheshire Cat Inn across the street. All of the staff were wonderful starting with check in and answering all of our questions about the area. Location of the cottage was also a plus... a safe neighborhood that was walking distance to restaurants and a bonus to have McConnell's Ice Cream right around the corner on Mission Street! (I kid you not), fully equipped kitchen, quaint living room with tons of charm and character, and comfortable furniture and beds. The gas fireplace for evening is also a delightful touch. This is a special place maintained with care and love as well as excellent amenities.
