Spanish Bungalow conveniently located to Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach

  • A 1920s Spanish bungalow in the heart of Montecito, with Butterfly Beach and the boutiques and restaurants of Coast Village Road both but minutes away.
    The main house has two bedrooms: a king primary suite with an ensuite office, and a queen guest room. A separate guest house with its own full bed, bathroom, and kitchen offers complete privacy for a third couple or family members traveling together.
    The outdoor spaces are where the property comes into its own. Spend evenings around the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower after an afternoon at the beach, and grill on the patio. Everything that makes Santa Barbara worth visiting is right outside the door.

I would give this property the highest possible praise for somebody looking for a beautiful California bungalow that is very centrally located in Montecito California. The host has created a little jewel that has an excellent sense of place and is walking distance to all of the great restaurants in Montecito and to Butterfly Beach. Moreover, it is a short drive to all of the highlights of Santa Barbara. The bungalow itself is very well laid out and is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. It’s obvious that the host has an excellent sense of style because she has all the right things in all the right places.We had the pleasure of renting some very beautiful homes in the Central Valley wine country, but we have definitely found our home away from home and hope to return many times. We would give this experience the highest possible marks.
