A beautiful property where our family could be together and still have space. The plants and flowers are gorgeous, the deck is a great place to dine or just hang out while watching the hummingbirds. The beds were very comfortable, the hosue was clean and well appointed without being cluttered. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and grocery stores, a beach, and an easy bike ride or drive to the Funk Zone and downtown Santa Barbara. Our host was lovely and shared helpful tips! Pictures don't do justice to this beautifully renovated, spacious home in Mesa. It's centrally located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and everything is within a short 5-10 min driving distance. The house itself has nice wood floors, modern finishes, brand new appliances, and our family felt at ease enjoying the space. It's minimally furnished while still providing everything you would need for your stay. The backyard has terraced landscaping and is well maintained, with a cute detached shed/studio for a quiet spot to work. The owner is very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provided helpful tips when we checked in. We would love to rent this place again next time we visit Santa Barbara! ##### Disha V.
