This Mediterranean guest suite is perched on a private ridge above Santa Barbara. Nestled between the breathtaking Pacific Ocean and the majestic Santa Ynez Mountains, this serene retreat perfectly blends peace, privacy, and modern comfort.  
  
Tucked away atop a private drive, this guest suite shares the property with the main home but remains separate, with its own private entrance and dedicated outdoor spaces. Surrounded by native succulents, curated landscaping, and 300-degree views, it offers a tranquil setting to unwind and reconnect.  
  
Inside, the space combines simplicity with modern touches. Nearly every room is designed to capture the stunning scenery, offering cozy spots to relax, read, or watch the sunset over the ocean.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen features hardwood floors, a new Bosch dishwasher, a gas stove, and plenty of storage—perfect for preparing everything from morning coffee to full family meals.
