Wonderful 3 bed house with attached owner unit & peaceful Rancho San Antonio neighborhood. One of the best locations in Santa Barbara. Close to district with grocer, restaurants and coffee. Only a 8 min drive/uber to downtown SB.
Great outdoor BBQ, fire - pit and lounge area.

Large backyard with BBQ and two sitting areas, perfect for hanging out. Close to Transportation, downtown ( 10 min) surfing, bike/jogging paths, art galleries, shops and restaurants.
There is 1 Cal - King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 bedroom with Twin beds, Library with TV lounge area
Washer and dryer available.
Please note that the nightly rate also includes 12% TOT tax which is paid to and required by the County of Santa Barbara.
